Need help with HN+ activator after ECE 6.36.0 map update - Ugmolow - 06-01-2026

Hello,
I hope you're doing well.
I successfully updated my Audi MMI 3G Plus (HN+_EU_AU3G_K0942_3) firmware and installed the ECE 6.36.0 maps.
The installation completed successfully without any errors.
However, the navigation still shows the message: "Navigation data is not valid", and all navigation options are greyed out.
I also have an activator, but I can't get it to run. The MMI does not seem to detect the SD card correctly and the activation process will not start.
Could you please help me or provide the correct activation procedure for this setup?

Here you have the activator, you must format the card, copy only the activator, nothing else must be on the sd card

That's what I did, but when I insert the SD card, nothing happens...

Do I need to switch on the MMI, insert the card and wait? Does it start up on its own? Thanks
