ZenZefi issues - redlineautohaus - 06-02-2026
Im looking for someone that will be able to help with a JSON parse issue with my ZenZefi cert, im getting a firstName missing error when trying to connect to a 2022 Mercedes C300 EQ using TOPDON J2534 Rlink with Mercedes PDU driver. Willing to pay for someone to remote into the laptop and help solve the issue.

Without knowing what you've done, it's difficult to know what the problem is, but if you haven't broken the system, it can be fixed.

The issue is caused by the username 'CARSOFTCARE'. Create a new username with complete information, or use a different username that has complete information, and the problem should be resolved. Good luck!

w206 dont work with j2534, only enet or sdconnect vcx with doip
