Can anyone help me - from which address exactly X and Y axis values start for SOI Limit addr. 19038 16x8, and as well for Pre Injection addr. 19C9E 12x16?

I think IQ for SOI Limit is 11A72 and IQ for Pre Injection is 11A4E.

Are you sure that SOI Limit X axis values are IQ not the temperature?
What is maximum yet safe turbo and rail pressure for this vehicle: Mercedes C 220cdi 143hp 315Nm 2003year automatic transmission?
