question about tun - kshishtof - 12-23-2015

Hi. How I can get 70mg/str or more ? I have changed IQ limit by map and maf to 70, after that I will get 70mg/str ? smoke map calc by afr 1:17 and I got 1200 airflow mg/str. Calculated like this, last value of column divided, 1000/17 and got 59mg/str after 70*17=1190 and i last column changed to 1200. turbo maps also changed, after that I will get 70mg/str ?

car is sharan, AUY engine
turbo is standart, max 2500mbar, nozzles, injectors to.

What engine is on that car because i think 2500mbar is to much for that car unless if its 130hp stock or more.
But to get more than 55 (if you have edc15) actual on that car you will need to change duration and soi. Because its stops at 55mg so it doenst know what to do.

1.9 115bhp. there turbo is stock gt1749v. stock 150hp engines how much injecting ? more than 60mg /stroke ?

RE: question about tun - fouadal - 12-23-2015

Stock 150hp's are injecting around 58mg. Those ecu's are easy in calibarating duration and soi.
Just don't forget to calculate eoi otherwise you will make negative torque or if injecting to long you will make to much heat.

2500mb is way too much for gt1749v turbo. Something around 1,3bar boost is max. safe and iq around 60mg/st. With more fuel emp goes too high even with max n75 duty cycle and you start getting uncontrollable overboost.
