Real W220 ESM shifter virgin dump - bawarek - 06-13-2016
As the title says I have finally put my hands on a working virgin W215 and W220 shifter dump. HC05 and eeprom.

I WANT TO APOLOGIZE TO EVERYONE THAT SENT A PM FOR THE PASSWORD AND DID NOT RECEIVE A REPLY. THE HARD DRIVE WITH THE PASSWORD GOT DESTROYED AND I DON'T HAVE IT IN THIS MOMENT BUT I AM WORKING HARD TO FIND THE ORIGINAL FILES FROM MY ARCHIVES.

eeprom in this module not 93c86 but 93c56 and it have read not correctly

I have named the file 93C86, but in reality it is C56, as you mentioned. It was read as 93C56, not c86.
This dump is read from a shifter bought remanufactured from a business that sells hundreds of shifters. I have personally read it and wrote dump in 3-4 shifters and when i read with AVDI on the bench I can see all identification and actual values. I have never tested one in the car though.

Ok, here is some more development on the W220 shifter. It took me many experiments and sleepless nights, but I finally figured it out. If the shifter to be virginized is ORIGINAL shifter that was installed in the factory (SERIES), after writing the dump shows the following actual values:
INITIALIZED -NO
TRANSPORT PROTECTION REMOVED -NO
PERSONALIZED -NO
ACTIVATED -NO
and it is useless.
If the shifter has been replaced already (REPLACEMENT) after the virginizing will show:
INITIALIZED -YES
TRANSPORT PROTECTION REMOVED -YES
PERSONALIZED -NO
ACTIVATED -NO
and initial start-up can be performed. Looks like the contents of the eeprom 93C56 doesnt affect the situation. When the shifter is REPLACEMENT I only change the HC05 eeprom and it is good.
I have been thinking that the only difference could be in the HC05 flash(or ROM, or whatever it is), but I cannot find any tool that can read/write anything else than the eeprom.

what is the function of HC05 and eeprom
from what i know is eeprom has the key hash
if i have another 2nd hand ezs, can i just match the ezs hash to ESM 93c56?

When read ESM with DAS, on the identification screen, under TYPE it will show either SERIES or REPLACEMENT. If SERIES, this is the one installed in the factory, and my dump will not work. If REPLACEMENT, this shifter has been replaced at some point and my dump makes it virgin.
If there is a paper sticker on the electronic box inside the ESM, most probably it is REPLACEMENT.
