All Hyundai/KIA GDS Multilingual (2010-2017) on torrent

Do you know if there is german language available for Circuit Diagrams and manuals at all? I couldn't find an official info about this.
Could a update via internet download/update the language?

Quick install question:
Do we just need to install the master and the most recent update? Or do we have to install all of the updates in order?
