VW passat 2012 dash 3AA920870 problem

car came with few malfunctions..I need some time to colect parts for all,but something dont understand..

this dash in left low corner should have total mileage right low corner is daily milega daily is OK but on left instead total milega I have 

something like TrA 12.7     and there is NO error codes in instrument cluster ?..customer say it was OK few days ago...dont belive in that..for me looks like somebody try change mileage on it...but car start and run fine..I was prety sure immo is in dash to,so IF dash failed immo will kick in..

I read milege from instrument via diag its 208 xxx km (customer say)

also when read infor about dash on filed VIN is only XXXXXXXXX  ..

is there any chance to repair this dash ?

where is stored KM value and VIN ? what chip ?

km mileage is stored in flash and eeprom. there is no record of VIN and Immo in this cluster. in Passat B7 Immo and keys saved in CCM

well IF thats the case I will take dash from another car and later "repair"mileage to original state.
