SDP3 Error

Hi all has anyone had the following error when updating SDP3 INSTALLATION OF SCHEDULE TASK FAILED RESTART SDP3 I was updating to 2.7.01 
I have now tried to reinstall the version that was working and it now fails as well same error 
have tried as Admin same error 
any advice will be helpful
