I swapped the eeprom from the original module but that gave me no comms with the new one, I think the original EEPROM is blank as reading all F’s on the file. 
The new module has flashing airbag light and message on the dash “Airbag learning incomplete” or words to that effect, maybe slightly different 
Would anyone have a known good dump I could try please?

Hello, Im hoping someone here has dealt with a similar issue. I have a 2017 Chrysler 200 2.4L. I got it with the PCM missing. I put a new virgin PCM from the dealer and flashed it with witech. After that, I did a proxy alignment. Everything went fine no errors with that. The car is stuck in a no crank state at the moment. The red Immo light went away from the dash, but the odometer on the cluster is flashing. 

I tried to do the PCM replaced under the BCM functions since they may not be communicating fully. However, this option keeps giving me an error even though the dealer gave me the correct 4 digit rolling pin.
The main codes that seem to be an issue is the B2204-55 and the P0513.
