All Hyundai/KIA GDS Multilingual (2010-2017) on torrent

I have installed GDS KIA on my PC Win 10 but now the wifi doesn't work.
Somebody has an idea ?

I am using win 7 32-bit, i installed the software for KIA and Hyundai on one pc, and it works fine.
I have a china clone GDS VCI, each time i connect it to the pc it tells me that the device is not recognized , after change usb hub several times it works.
How i can solve this issue? What is the best port number i have to use?
