VCM II vs FLY FVDI J2534 vs VCM IDS 3

I am using one loader that will License and open Versions v86 to v113.6A and all versions in between. BUT I am very new at this FORD thing. I am by no means saying anything but there are loaders that can open every version I listed. As for it working I will say it connected to my 2019 F-150 but as for knowing if it had been missing something I have not got the foggiest idea about that.

And which version are you using VCM on ? I got 2 of Floryns VCM2s and they've worked on v86 the best, and v107 VMware but a few minor bugs.

The reason you could not do the tddi focus is that it is a J1850 protocol and not a J2534
You can only talk to some modules on any pre 2004 Fords if you go to AVDI website or Forscan there are details about it

The ids doesn't need a freeze - fly have a loader for it never times out
but you have to get a new loader each time a new ids comes out and they have stopped doing this from 114

So if i upgrade from 113.6a to 114 it will stop working?

It will stop working unless you get the loader for 114. If they even had one for that version.  Problem is that Fly only has the latest loader for download on their website. So when I updated from 118 to 119 I had to download the new loader for it to work.
