BMW F32 - 420D xDrive- Encoding VTG Module

I want ask about help with car from thread. I Need quick tutorial , how to code/write correct VIN to VTG module, after change for used one. I have ESYS OFC, and ISTA.
On car have dtc :

021908 Encoding: data invalid
02190B Encoding: Transmission failed
48097D Transfer box: Fault, clutch position known, no four wheel drive

If flashing will be inevitable, you need to know also the donor car shipment istep.

Ran into the same situation after replacing a used transfer case along with the module. A lot of rubbish information around the web.
Vtg in esys is marked as Lmv. Coded that with default values, adapted vtg with ista and calibrated - all done. No virgin or other bs.
