Sometimes the car starts normally, sometimes it won't start otherwise, and when you hold the gas pedal, it won't go down because it reaches 1300 RPM, it just runs and runs, but when it comes down, it turns off. The history of the car was that the car checked the injectors and turbo nicely. But it always started fine.
Loading the injectors showed that they were damaged and there were filings in the system.
So: Injection pump to be checked (ok, there is a leak), second pump in the tank, injectors to be checked.
The entire body was cleaned, filled with clean fuel, and between the turbine and the filters and oil.
The car was assembled, the car started straight away, about 1.5 minutes and then it went out by itself.
The injectors were checked one more time, two of them were crap... The customer gave new pair of injectors and we installed them and car started
The car was returned to customer 20 km and returned, same problem
I bought new original Delphi injectors and the car still doesn't start.
The pressure on the rail is 250-300 Bar, as much as specified in the execution, the ecu gives the signal to the injectors. the incetors are opening and giving fuel to the engine (we turn up one injector and checked if it gaves fuel.
If you spray more, the car will run for a long time until you let go of the gas pedal. (works on fuel) of the fuel coincided with the set value.
