Hi, I Have to replace the drive inverter on a chevy Volt 2014 by a used one. I have DPS. Can someone help me on this.

Be informed..VIN is nothing for such replacement. Inverter is a part of immo system.

Hi, did it on maybe 20 drive inverter with 5 bytes seed key on chevrolet bolt 2017 to 2022. But on those there is only one chip that contain the Vin number. and it is part of the IMMO. I did the same with the ECM and BCM that are also part of the IMMO.
The only difference with the chevrolet Volt first gen. 2011 to 2015 is in the same unite you will find 4 differents ships that have the Vin in it. That make the job more complicate!
Vin and pin with both need to be changed as the IMMO is what stops the "ok" I have done more Volts than I care to count I do both the pin and vin remotely no DPS/ Techline needed pm me if you need this service

It's done! I use IO terminal.
you dont need to use IO terminal for power inverter reprogramming, vin, and immo DPS is all you needed but you need to know the pincodes to do it correctly.
