I have a problem with installing:
I did everything like in the FAQ.
I tried to install on windows 7 and a fresh install of windows 10.
Same problem.

I have exactly same prob..... I installed on a PC Win10-64-bit previous versions of ISTA without problems....

Now I would installled ISTA on Laptop Lenovo i7 16GB RAM Win10-64 bit - but without success :-(

Same problem as above !!

Have you found a solution or have you solved your problem....!? 

I tested with newer ISTA-Version 4.15.31  --> same shit  :-(
