Opel Zafira Y22DTR PSG16 DTC P1604 ECU Repair

I have a problem with a Y22DTR, i replace the transistor with type IRLB8743, car doesn't start.
DTC P1604. Reprog with SPS and different Software Version testet. 
It is a Problem with the transistor type ?

Should be IRLR2905

Yes, it can be due to wrong transistor

Nobody knows what that codes means
Please write the code also the interpretation

With 1604, the engine must start
The fuel is present at injectors pipes?

1604 is because of a missing gnd inside psg16. I am wondering why those cars with psg pumps aren't at the scrapyard yet...

I change the Transistor, same fault, no start, no fuel at injectors, with a other ecu run the car. Voleda you know what pin are missing with gnd. I have a other ecu, i can read and flash with P93 Connection, but in car with Connection the Second Connector 92, Mil off no Diagnose, i open the ecu locks all ok.

Without ANY ECU( broken or not),  at injectors pipe must be fuel.
