Hi, I need help with rear turn signals for a 2022 Pacifica. I modified the lights like this. Can someone share a wiring diagram and make some suggestions?

I do like that:
Disable Diagnostic in tail light.
I get a signal from front indicators in BCM
I use diagnostic wire- so I do not need add new harness..
C6 pin 25 Left diagnostic wire
C6 pin 28 Right diagnostic wire

left front indicator C4/D pin 14 WH/GR
right front C1/A 13 WH/BG
