Hello, I have a question regarding the payment for a file that I have to buy from Russia but I can't make a transaction from the European Bank. Can someone tell me how to do it? Crypto is out of the question. Thank you

Paypal is not often an option for buying from Russian sellers. there is Payeer, and a few others
