[SOLVED] Zafira C cluster additional functions activation

Hi, 
I have Zafira C at my workshop for some electrical problems, but customer asked if it's possible to add more option on his cluster. Right now it only has option to reset oil and trip A and trib B distances. He wanted to get at least fuel consumption, but asked to activate everything that is possible. 
Does anyone know how to edit EEPROM in cluster to add functions directly ? 
I have old OPCOM, but it won't even connect to it, I have thinkdiag, diagnostic works, but I can't find any coding in IPC, so I think it's not possible with it. 
If it's possible, I would like to avoid buying any new tool for Opel, as it's not popular brand in my region. That's why I would like to get it done directly in EEPROM. 
But if it's not possible like that, can anyone suggest what tools can do this ? 
I have VCX nano SE and Scanmatik 2 pro so maybe some original with passthru ? 
I saw Opel Scanner, that's also not that expensive, but paying 250 euro to make one job is a little overkill I think. But would get it if someone can confirm it works

What software can be used with those tools ?

I was able to start up GDS, it works with scanmatik but there is no option to program anything with it. Only diagnostics. Can anyone help with that?

Is it really such a big secret ? I just want to write different configuration in one car. I can even pay if someone is willing to do this remotely. I can get Opel scanner and it will do this, but I would rather finish the job with tools I have. If GDS is working on scanmatik, than other tools should connect as well. What software can change configuration in Zafira-C instrument cluster ?
I saw Global TIS, but it's hard to find newer than 2010, and this Zafira is 2013. So might not work. Is there any newer version ? Or is there some newer software that has different name ? In Opel it's such a chaos that I really can't understand all those different software. Please, give me some advice, do I need to get Opel Scanner, Opcom or some TIS-something from Opel ? Maybe I can just register and use original TIS, will that be able to manually set configuration ?
