Skoda Octavia 2 Instrument Cluster swap

Hello,
I have just changed the Instrument Cluster on a Skoda Octavia 2, 2006, due to the old ones were dead.
After changing them , of course, that the immobilizer active warning appeared on the dash, and i was able to start the car by making immo off using Vag Dash.
Unfortunately, i was unable to make a correct adaptation for the new IC, and the warning message remains on the dash together with it's specific sing.
Could you please let me know which is the correct procedure for this IMMO4 instrument cluster swap?
I was able to read the 24C16AN eeprom from old VDO IC [1Z0920810E], but i am unable to retreive the pin, as the old apps that i have in my PC are not able to do it.
1. Could you please share the procedure?
2. Could you please help me get the PIN code from attached dump?

Available tools: VAG K+CAN COMMANDER, VAG DASH, VAG COM

Please let me know also in case other tools are needed to get rid of this message

Is it ok to write it by OBD with VAG Dash?

So, if i just copy the dump [font="MHH Font", Calibri, sans-serif]OLD CLUSTER.rar to new Instrument Cluster , by OBD (using VagDash -Instruments) will it work?[/font]
