Software read voltage Swirl-flap actuator?

Hello. I have a Opel Astra H with 1.6 Z16XEP engine with fault code P1112 regarding the actuator for the swirl flaps i believe?
There are two of them
P1112-61 Actuator stuck
P1112-62 Actuator stuck open 

So my question is, what software can be used to monitor voltage for this actuator and all-round Opel/Vauxhall diagnostics?

I have a OBDLink SX cable and a vLink bluetooth dongle.

Probely flaps are broken. there are two ways Buy a flash tool read ecu and map them out. or replace intake.. I think number two is cheaper in your option.

I agree. The arm from the actuator to the flaps may be broken. I have tool and maybe will go that route, but it is my last resort. I ain't replacing the intake  

But to my original question. What software it generally used to diagnose GM cars?

Such as other manufacturer-specific software? BMW & ISTA, VAG & VCDS etc
