Star DAS No communication to several ESM/ESP/Suspension modules

Hey guys,

As it says, I cannot communicate to any of those control modules on a C215 CL55.

This is my second CL55 that DAS will not communicate to those modules so that rules out it being a car isolated issue like canbus communication down.

I just recently got the car and have been going through little things it needs, I want to replace some ABC parts later so I can do the rodeo but I cannot get into the Suspension ABC module.

For example, If i try to communicate to ESM a popup "VCI Firmware update GPD KWFB is being loaded" and then it will say no communication to module can be established.

Perhaps it is a software issue.. If so, what could I be missing?

Install Setup is a Late 2018 version I believe.

I also cannot communicate to two 211 SBC modules either.
Any ideas?

I know this is late, but the tool is a C4 clone.
Software is dated is like 2018/03 if I recall correctly.

It may be software related, I'm not too sure.
The C4 tool works with my other benzes and I do hear several clicks from the mux when attempting to connect to the modules.

For the start, do selfe test and attach the results.
