I am using Xentry offline to diagnose a headlamp problem on a 2018 S560 (W217).
Quick scan runs ok, but when I select the headlamp e1n9 and continue, I get a series of errors before the diagnose page finally appears.
The first error complains about "a communication problem with the central systems", as though it's trying to go online to get something. I don't have an online account. The remaining error pages are about specific data items it can't find or resolve. PDFs of the error pages are attached.
Has anyone seen this before? I'd like to get rid of these annoying errors if possible.
