mb w204 c 220 cdi no communication with TCU

1
hello, I have here a problem with mb w204 c220 cdi  646.811 engine, and  5 speed automatic transmission EGS52
proble is that car cannot start with key, only directly from starter relay on the front SAm fuse box, and it cannot change gears
I have two permanent erroe in cdi ecu
22DD signal or transmission error from CP417 (TCU)
22E2 signal or transmission error from CP418 (electronic selector llever module)

 in ESP unit
6106 no CAN message was received from combustion engine or transmission
and in kombi instrument U010087 communication with engine has malfunction message missing
I checked can bus wires continuity betwen engine ecu  and CAN distributor and between egs52 ecu and selector lever module and they are ok
while measuring CAN bus voltages, CAN Hi ( blue white ) relative to gnd has 0,03 volts, and CAN Low ( blue) shows 1.9 volts relative to gnd)

I ttried to swap another egs unit and selector module but it remained the same
 any suggestions?

does this car have any other module on this Antrieb bus apart from ISM,TCU and CDI ecu?
I guess that something is making interference and bringing the can Hi to 0 volts. I disconected these modules one by one from bus distributor but nothing happened

Hello, do you have power on the egs connector? Can you connect to the egs unit?

yes there is power on egs connector and ground is ok, same thing with selector module, but no communication with egs unit

I didn't read your first post properly. You clearly wrote it there Smile, the problem is in the CAN H wire, you have a low voltage level there. The problem is probably somewhere in the transmission harness. Do you have Starfinder, WIS, EPC available?

I found wiring diagram on auto data and checked the can bus wiring and it is ok, no breaks, no shorts to ground, I now suspect the crd.11 ecu.

That is ultimately possible, but if the engine unit, ISM and other units are communicating, maybe the problem is somewhere in the wiring. Have you tried communicating directly with the transmission unit? And have you tried bypassing it?

I cannot communicate with egs or ism
and ecu doesnot communicate with either of the two. I checked the terminating resistors in can bus distributor box, and ther show 60 ohms. When the ecu is disconnected and when I measure resistance on the ecu itself it shows 60 ohms between hi and low
