opel corsa c / Transponder key learning failed

i have to agree with you, bcause i got an id40 transponder ready for opel, programmed it successfully and still same problem. cannot connect to instruments. will that require another cluster or is there another solution?

You said that you got BLANK CHIPS PCF7935, and if they chips are blank that chips are not prepared!

IMMO can accept chips, because crypt not changing structure of chip, and you can have this problem. Chips are structured for that IMMO, but they are not "format" for Opel. Because, from Blank PCF7935 you can make ID40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45. Even you can copy ID33 on Blank PCF7935.

Because that, blank chips can be programmed on car, but cant start the car if are not prepared.

I told you, you can use ZedBull clone...that is most favorably tool, it cost about 50usd, and you can preparing chips and cloning fixed chips. But you can go to any friend locksmith, they can prepare you with zed bull, zed full, AVDI, Tango, TMpro...etc

use gm mdi and job done or ask one of the members to update your opcom to 2016 version and it will work ...

Corsa C does not need 2016. 2010 is just fine for a just a simple transponder learning.

i see that thread is old, but maybe some one can help me, have similar problem with Meriva 2005 z17dth. 
so story begings from that car was not starting and had problems to do diagnosis, found that IMMO module is failing is killing comunication line.
Took other module from car readed tms370 to get pin code for it , then readed pin with Opcom from cluster in car , programmed new IMMO module car started and parked it. 
Next day came to assamble all plastics in interior and was not able to start it, immo failure that Wrong TP key.
So then started my investigation about what can be wrong and how to solve. Tryed BCM, ICP reset and found that have problem with KW82 protocol when trying to diagnose cluster , found that problem come from HVAC module, so disconnected it and bypassed CAN lines. Then again tryed to reset ICP , BCM, ECU, IMMO, relearn all , but everything is passing OK until need to program transponder key, every time im receiving Wront TP key failure. Had one new immo chip prepaired for OPEL, also same error, bringed key from donor IMMO car , also every time receive that Wrong tp key failure.
im thinking that can be that my Opcom is failing , but cant understand why first time i programmed new immo module all passed from first time with no issues, and that evening i restarted car few times, and only that after night something changed to it.
