speed limiter edc 16 vcds

hello i am trying to set maximum speedlimiter in ecu eprom to maximun 30 km/h trying to set with vcds but only gets parameters out of limit or missing i  did remove dpf before but updated my ecu with vas and newer software  i did have from beging 3g0 906 016 lq  0159 did update to 1717 to se if there was something wrong with old softwed as i understand y ou need to login with 12233 and then long code maximum speed limiter but not possible for me can somebody help me i got eprom and backup of flash and micro i have seen somebody that had speedlimitmer active at 90 kmh and removed it from eprom but same problem with edc 16 to a crafter after remowe! I need 30 km /h and if i get working solution i will buy files  and with that said i got another audi a4 2.0 tdi 4X4 with simos ppd 1 with same problem need to restrict it for only 30 km/h max becasue of registration in sweden like traktor/eu moped as i said will pay for working solution and many cars in feature!

I can do it, but not for free. Will follow the Swedish abs-safe law.
