There is not any idle speed adjustment function on Toyota Techstream, but there is a reset memory function on this after cleaning thorttle assembly.

I'm gonna got OOT for a bit.

From your screenshot, your techstream menu has the "VIN" function in the utility menu while mine doesn't.

Is it a function of the different locales or is it because I'm using the knockoff MVCI cable?
