i have this issue too.
the mac address always changes. i only use it for xentry(cd4 via lan) and i dont even turn on the wifi.
so changing keys is the only daily solution.

I updated IE 11. Wis work fine. And starfinder limited function

Hi! how did you solved?

? Any solution to this issue ? :
No valid server access authorization. Creation of workshops, groups and users not possible. Restricted changes only possible.

Fixed that issue by
1.unisltalling EWA and Java from control panel
2.delete :\Program Files (x86)\EWA and :\DB
3.installing everything by default on C: , previously i installed it on another drive.
This fixed my issue.
