W204 C63 VGS3 gearbox problem

1
Hi dear members,

I did a complete engine swap on a W204 C220 to M156 C63 AMG with gearbox, but now I'm having some problems...

I saved everything on Vediamo with F7 on the desktop, everything virginized...

-Then I wanted to copy the file back to my VGS3, but it is no longer there. ITS ALL LOST... I know it sounds weird, but I can't find anything anymore. The vehicle is now married to the TCU, the TCU is accepted, but I am not able to program the wet start clutch. Car doesnt move
-Maybe I need a clean F7 file from Vediamo?

-Thank you in advance for your time and effort. Darius from Germany. PS: The VVDI picture was before virginizing the others too.

Don't spend two dollars on drying clean a shirt. Donate it to the Salvation Army instead. They'll clean it and put it on a hanger. Next morning, buy it back for seventy-five cents.

Hello R. Greetings. The selector lever is also from another W204.
The TCU came complete with all parts and the gearbox came separately, so the TCU no longer has anything to do with the gearbox in terms of all adaptation data or anything else.
I can send all the necessary data tomorrow, unfortunately the vehicle is too loud at 8:45 p.m. Wink
And thank you very much for your answer,
have a nice evening R.
-Darius.

Just for the record - you fitted the AMG gearbox and engine to "normal" C220 car, am I right?

It used to be a diesel and I bought AMG parts from several accidents and built the diesel from 0. It used to be just a body shell. And over the years more and more parts have been added, speedometer wiring harness, engine gearbox, cardan shaft and much more, the vehicle has nothing to do with a 220 anymore, so we can forget that it is now a C63 there is no longer any difference to a C63.

OK, understood. Just to be sure: Differential is also not from diesel anymore?
