Just got off the phone with "Helpdesk" not helpful at all. After only 3 weeks of having an account it has been disabled with no reason given to me on the phone, she simply forwarded me the terms of service, all the good that will do if I cant have my account reinstated. I operate a small business repairing instrument clusters and purchased 1 VIN for future work
as I learn how to program some. I spent most of the 3 weeks with the account using the SPS calibration information section in the resource tab. Does anyone have any experience with banned accounts and what might have happened and if there's anything I can do. Thanks.
edit: I made no attempts at all to program anything, i never even entered a VIN under my subscriptions.

If you don't live in one of the countries allowed to have a USA SPS account you can get banned and they know if you are using a VPN
If you paid using a credit card from a country not allowed that will do it as well
If you have ever given me a Negative or Neutral reputation then do not ask me for help or passwords as you will be ignored!

I'm located in Canada? Is my country banned? If true that's wild to allow a sign up and payment and then disable the account.
I have no idea about Canada but that is how the Euro people are getting banned.
I doubt Canada is on the banned list so maybe it is something else you have done.
Are you using a VPN ??

Did you try to connect a clone passthru device? They’re banning all accounts not using original MDI or certified j2534 devices
