BMW F11 6wb cluster swap

Hey there,
 Im trying to retrofit 6WB cluster to a car. Someone before me was messing with it and im not sure what they did. Anyway I pull the 35160wt eep, read it and its empty which I think shouldnt be. Are there any programming option or I need dump? If so does anybody have a dump from:

6WB
0263695156
HW: 078
SW: D822
index: X70

Virginized will be cool and one more question is vin also somewhere else or just in this one eep?

Ok I managed it by myself :X connection problems on programmer. Anyway, both vins match in the eep and tamper dot still available. Will be another vin instance in 95320? Thanks
