Bmw f30 problem with a/c compressor engage

Anyone have solve the problem with A/C?

All temperatures in IHKA are ambient temperature,pressure is 7 bar, outside temperature is good,in DDE coolant temp is good,and coolant level is ok.

I also exchanged fem, ecu, ihka, ike, rem, radio, replaced presure sensor, all interior temp sensors, outside temp sensor from another working car and still no dtc, all working except aircon compressor, if i force it with 12v on compresor starts cooling but outside fan not starts, but when go on output triger fan works, i also changed another fan and all same

There is a relay in the distribution box actuated by the FEM. I believe you have checked that.

Lastly I think the DME plays a role in allowing compressor to engage. Tried reprograming dme incase the DTC was coded out? It is the only thing I can think of

I have exactly same problem. tried to clone with another DME. still no compressor activation.

still nothing,i changed all ecus exept airbag module from other car,checked VO and codec all and still nothing. On component triggering compresor works and outside fan works.

Then its not problem with ecu. Meaby try check wiring about short or something. With No dtc its hard to solve problem.

on car with working AC. if you disconnect second plug from IHKA module. AC will still work. i think FEM module is receiving Wrong data from somewhere

i tryed modules from donor car all but abs and eps and still no luck

Maybe FRM or IHKA not receiving RPM data by CAN message.
