if u say just need step 1 and 2 i did it before but when want restart server i have error about failt restart

Use notepad

No need for xml editor

After editing the files the datacard in EPC is working but not in WIS,

any solution please.

Solved

I Edit the "wis_cfg.xml"

I changed both lines to localhost:9001

Everything is back to normal.

sorry to bother with dumb questions...but how do you edit the port ?
I mean did you use redegit, or some sort of software?
I found the server.xlm file, but I am unable to edit it...only using the notepad, but I am afraid to damage the file.
I just need a little push and I will do the rest..

Edit the file with notepad or wordpad.. both will do the job
