Mopar TSP Account

Hi.

I am looking for someone from US to help me create Mopar TSP US account. I just need him to complete the
registration form and that's it.

I have tried using VPN but somehow the submit button doesn't work when using VPNs. The page I am referring to is attached.

Never mind. I found that special characters in password was preventing the registration although no error message was shown.
