i have 2012 version and i install on virtual machine

So ? Here is 2013 version which is working fine !

Impossible to have errors if you install 2013 version !
The application is TESTED on Windows 7 Ultimate (x86) and is WORKING very fine !!!
Install all DVD's, then use the patch from DVD3

I have another problem with the 11/2013, the docbackup crashes when i open the "Configuration : built-in systems interface" in the Electric Unit menu for an 307 Restyling 5-Door 1,6 HDI 110.
Already checked different Languages, another Computer with an fresh install.
Everything else works fine, so could this be a bug?
Could anybody else pls check this?

Hi,

i got a Problem since Friday with the version from 2012 and the one from 11/2013. Both are on differnet PC installed an both have the same problems. I can´t take the manual choice, also the vis in not working. It seems to me that the standart user is not logged in. In the taskline the servicebox have the colour red, not as itshould be white. I copy from a third PC the files from DocbackupAC and from DocBacbupJRE. There is stil the same problem, i can´t get manual a car. Is there any config or ini (registry entry)? Somewhere should be the information that the software start and made an autologin. The language is also on every start in french. May someone help me please? Otherwise i must install it on 2 maschine again, but i wanna know what is the problem.

Ok, i renamed the folder DocbackupAC and DocbackupJR* and installes a new version. After installing it runs without any problem. then i renamed again. The new version i renamed to *.new and the old version (that one, who don´t work) to the origonal folder. After that i start and .... it runs without any problems. so we can remember that there must be any files on the PC in other folder or it´s a registry entry (i can´t find anything inside) I search now this config-files (or ini - files) do anyone knowa where i can find it?
