Can be egr opened, flaps closed, exhaust back pressure too high( will force to increase egr rate)

Check also camshaft sprocket blade key

Has the engine overrevved in the past due to oil in the intake?

Checked EGR, also disconnected before starting to keep it closed and no change, flaps have been deleted previously by someone else, 6mbar of pressure on DPF at 3000rpm. I tried to scope the camshaft sensor but with no luck. I'm still trying to figure out this scope thing

2010 1.7 cdti
Replaced and checked the following from known good car:
Injectors, high pressure pump, fuel rail and sensor, turbo, EGR, EGR cooler, cat with sensors, dpf(someone drilled 2 holes) , checked timing, compression is 27 on all 4, replaced ecu, remap ecu with original file, checked all grounds to ecu with 21w bulb, MAF sensor, checked intake with smoke, checked vacuum hoses with smoke.
And still NO POWER and a LOT OF BLACK SMOKE.
I just got a handheld oscilloscope, what should I look at? Also if anyone could help me with some good known waveforms I would really appreciate it. Thank you guys.
This is my last hope to fix it. If not I'm going to scrap it.

no dtcs driving the car?

No fault codes unfortunately

I did, no leaks, not intake or vacuum

I think that car should have DTCs. Won't it have several DTCs off?

If it's electric. After you take it off and inspect with a light that it is closed. You can achieve the same thing just by disconnecting the EGR valve before start up.

Camshaft sensor reads on sprocket( pinion), so, the sproket key is ok? Can be broken and you ll not see any error but engine timing will be modified

Injector washer cooper have right dimensions?

Vacuum seems to be okay, as turbo pressure is actually a bit greater than desired. I did scope the camshaft sensor. But this part I'm still learning as this whole oscilloscope thing is new to me. Also I don't have the greatest oscilloscope. Just a handheld.
I think I'm just going to change the sprocket and cam sensor just to rule out at this point. Although it seemed fine when we checked timing.

There's no blow by. Washers are original

No DTCs unfortunately. Also replaced ecu and got it remapped with an original file just in case.

On the flaps actuator vacuum must NOT be present. If it is prezent, the flaps are closed and must be opened.

Somebody removed them from the intake, there are no flaps. Intake was removed and checked. There are no flaps.
