Vito w447 not crank terminal 15 not power

Hello 
Have big headache with w447 terminal 15 0v , not crank…

Gearbox not communication 
Have check fuse for gearbox 0 v and relay gearbox not power 0  ( is terminal 15 supply voltage )

Have see all line terminal 15 exemple wire in fan normaly have 12 v but have 0 volt in my…
For that problem is terminal 15 I think wire dead enter ECU MOTOR AND GEARBOX 
who have find same problem

ezs com ok 
will check status of 15 in ezs and sam but 15 in sam not have cause some fuse of gearbox and another élément supply to the terminal 15 0v

Check gerabox fuse according to wiring diagram

You must go backwards from Gearbox feed, If there is 0V then check fuse "227" in K40/10 (Engine compartment)
If the fuse is ok, then measure if you have Circuit 15 (12v) there, if not, then locate Circuit 15 relay "R"
and measure Circuit 30 (12v) on leg "30" and 12v on leg "86" from SAM.
If this Circuit 15 Relay "R" is not not working a lot of electronics would not work.

Have 0 v in plug gearbox right ( gearbox  is supply by terminal 15 …terminal 15 supply « fan » too right but same 0 volt to small wire in fan motor….for that it’s terminal 15 problem all component supply with terminal 15 = 0 v 
that car put me crazy…fuse + relay on sam for gearbox = 0 v not power… 
Circuit 15 relay R ( K) find not power same :/

If there are no power on all terminal 15 components,  then you should start from checking teminal status in SAM control unit. Also check incoming power supply on fuse box.
