i´ve had renewed my batterys a few days ago and get around 5h - 6h sot. unfortunantly the batterys are not genuine lenovo so i think with genuine batterys you´ll get more hours.

With a thinkpad 4xx series (recomended i7 7th or i5 7th gen), Panasonic CF53-54 or dell latitude rugged version. would be great choose a good unit with decent amount of ram and storage.
