Zafira B Z19DT New clutch fault

1
Hi,

I bought a 2007 zafira B 1.9CDTI 8 valve with new clutch and slave cylinder. I can barely shift gears and i can deel the clutch pedal only slightly disengaging the engine

First i tried just bleeding the clutch
then i changed the master cylinder and bled

I checked for loose bolts around the gearbox

There is no leak from fluid lines to slave cylinder

I took out the gearbox, part nrs are:
Pressure plate: 124 035 110
flywheel: 415 0241 10
Slave cylinder/release bearing: 510 0180 10 Luk
Disc: 324 0394 10

The disc was of course mounted the correct way

Any ideas ?

In case anyone was curious, the previous owner changed only the disc and slave cylinder and reused the pressure plate. The problem was he didnt reset the sac mechanism on the pressure plate which means it was adjusted for a much thinner disc! All i had to do was compress the plate (which i did with a bushing tool), and then push the sac mechanism back to starting position. Now clutch fully disengages the gearbox/engine

Also cage made by LUK is possible to reuse after reset and cage by sachs is one time adjustable. BUT anyway it's good idea to use complete set of new clutch.

I have had impression this forum is about electronics isn't it?
