It gives me a message incorrect data size.

My bad I did not realise you were using one of the latest Beta softwares to read & write this.

Like I said download the utility so you can convert to bin yourself and it can be into one file or into 2 seperate files and I have no way of knowing what your flashing utils wants.
Did HPTuners brick your ECU OR did the hpt file brick your ECU as in did you make the hpt file or did you get it from someone?
Never had HPTuners brick a ECU ever but then I only write what I read and modify.

Then again how did you even flash that hpt file in the first place when it gives you this error the moment you load it?????
