Hi!
Everything is in the bag now in your case.
I saw when new parts arrived and they was faulty.
So, for first I think you should dig into the deep and come out with some testing results.
- dtc's
- wiring conditions
- plugs, conector conditions etc...
Then we can help you forder.
Good luck my friend and I'm waiting for your progress.
My best regards.

If SAS can't be adapted. I would suspect faulty installation of steering rack (Possibly one revolution out on shaft) Check how many turns from centre to full left lock & centre to full right lock. Also may just need an alignment
Cheers

If you change from second to third generation steering, you need to do a some adaptation with vcds
44 steering
Adaptation
Channel 3: 0 DSR Esp Front MK60
channel 9: 2 G85 MK60
Later you do a basic setting (g85) in ABS.

Which reference do you have in Steering Wheel?
Reference 1k0 959 549 CD, don't need a external G85 in the Steering wheel, only use a internal G85 from Steering assist.
So should be changed to 0 in Channel 9.

Try to change again to 0 in channel 9. The first Step is calibrate the internal g85 in 44 Steering and when it is ready.
Finally calibrate G85 in abs. Good luck.
