Vito w447 not crank terminal 15 not power

Hello 
Have big headache with w447 terminal 15 0v , not crank…

Gearbox not communication 
Have check fuse for gearbox 0 v and relay gearbox not power 0  ( is terminal 15 supply voltage )

Have see all line terminal 15 exemple wire in fan normaly have 12 v but have 0 volt in my…
For that problem is terminal 15 I think wire dead enter ECU MOTOR AND GEARBOX 
who have find same problem

Hi MHH Friend look under the right sit there is an big fuesbox mit many fuses from 50 to 300 amp  i hope there is your problem

I have check all fuse is ok

Can you communicate with engine ecu? What is status of terminal 15 in EIS and SAM ecu?

yes engine écu com ok 
ezs com ok 
will check status of 15 in ezs and sam but 15 in sam not have cause some fuse of gearbox and another élément supply to the terminal 15 0v
