ACC SWaP patch & dataset for 3QF907572 SW 0654

I am retrofitting Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) on my Skoda Octavia 2017 Facelift with DSG transmission. The car already has factory-fitted Front Assist.
I have ODIS Engineering ready, and I am looking for the offline SWaP patch and the correct dataset for my radar.
Here are my radar details from VCDS/ODIS:
HW: 3QF 907 572
Component: ACC BOSCH MQB H10 0654
Could anyone share or help me with the patched .odx flash file, the generator/FeC codes for ACC (10009008), and the Octavia 5E dataset?

I think we might be misunderstanding each other regarding "offline". I am not looking for an official online SVM / GeKo activation through Skoda's servers. I know that requires an official online connection to Germany. What I am looking for is a local SWaP patch for my Bosch MRRevo14 radar using ODIS Engineering. I want to flash a patched .odx file to bypass the online component/FeC check, and then upload the local FeC code (10009008) and the Octavia 5E dataset. Are you able to provide this specific ODIS-E patch and dataset (either by sending the files or doing it remotely via TeamViewer)?

Having the swap and firmware won't help if you don't have ODIS Online access. The radar needs to be in component protection to reset the public key after the firmware update. Then you have to remove component protection which requires ODIS online. Unless you are going to open the unit connect to the board and program it manually (which I'm not sure if it's possible on your radar without more checking). The firmware you need should be FL_5Q0907572M_X720___S.odx after the key is done you'll most likely use firmware FL_5Q0907572R_0771___S.odx . Parameter file needed would most likely be DA_013_7200_5E0_V315_30_SK370A2RDW.xml

I do the Online portion with ODIS and a special device I made that allows me to put the Radar in and out CP as many times as I like after running CP online.

Swap:
There is no swap patch. It has to be generated for the radar. 
For that you need to know the VIN, VCRN and ALL the swap codes to be activated. So you need to look at whats active now then add/replace the one you want to the list.
