Mercedes EPC & WIS [Discussions/Problems]

Hello. Sorry in advance but i am a total noob on european/modern cars. I got forced a "job" for a relative that bought a flooded Mercedes GLC 220d (WDC2533052F168552). They replaced the engine (but doesn't seem to be the exact model and they still had issues with locks and stuff, they tried fixing them but did things worse, then they decided to replace all the harness with new ones (one piece for interior and one piece that does power distribution from the engine bay).





The shop that was supposed to do it started the job but never finished it for over a year, so the relative/owner took the car and brought it to me.




I have almost removed the harness but i will need a workshop manual to put everything back. From what i understand i need to install Mercedes WIS, is that correct? Can you point me to the right direction? Kind regards

This is an update to this post of mine. Finally i got the car back to working condition. I've replaced all body harness, engine bay harness and cockpit harness (it took 2 months to get this). I am still missing some parts the idiots that worked on it lost somewhere. I hope they find them but they are not any more disconnected electrical parts except the glove box (i see 2 connectors, probably one for light and one for latch switch) and the front bumper.

The idiots lost the transmission controller so they brought me one from a different car, and my guess it will need programming as the car will not let me put into gear. It also shows some anti-theft protection enabled. Lots of errors but i only have basic copy of ELM327.

From what i understand i'll need a device to connect XENTRY to do any diagnostics and programming at minimum. Official Mercedes won't touch this car and even if they did they would charge something insane. So is best to buy any equipment needed to do the job as it will probably cost less.

The only other thing i have is Toyota copy MVCI (see photo below). I saw some video someone getting it to work with XENTRY but i don't know if mine will work or do this job. So please recommend me what to do.

Certain person that I paid for installing and troubleshooting is refusing to fix it. He is a member here. I hope you see it and get back to me.
From time to time. EPC and WIS stops working. Randomly. After several days it starts to work again. 
can anyone fix this for me?

WIS give me, document view failed, insufficient available memory
Installed in Win 7 VMWARE 64bit,
tried java amd64 and increased xmx till 8gb, nothing helps
