I have problem with wis datacard option that is grey.
I have installed epc 02/2016 and wis 04/2016.
jahacmm gave me keys and epc works fine but in wis when i give vin i have this error message:

vehicle identification number not found.
datacard cannot be displayed.

and http://mhhauto.com/Thread-WIS-error

but problem not solved.

Can you read the datacard from EPC? You need to fix EPC first.

Can you read the datacard from EPC? You need to fix EPC first.

OK, if you did double-check your wis_cfg.xml file, then I feel you have a unique issue that we have not seen here before.

I ve done changes in wis_cfg.xml but problem not solved.
