Hi everybody, I have a annoying problem with my EPC/WIS:

every single time I open one of these, I have a pop-up windows saying that's impossible to open the application because of administration problems (I don't have the exact sentence in mind Sorry )

So I have to open EWA with explorer, enter username + password and click on the EPC, and it opens EPC or Wis through the browser. How can I fix that ?

+ When I open EPC or WIS I have three security warning windows, I have change the security level of Java and add http://localhost:9000 to the exception site list, but still the same problem.

Running on Win 7, with java 7.

Are you using the temporary Java app created by the Java admin under control panel?

Nanant,delete the EPC & WIS shortcuts on the desktop. Go to control panel/java/temporary internet files/view.
When the box opens, select EPC & press the green round icon with the white arrow. After EPC opens, close it. While the EPC is selected press the white square box with the black arrow. This will create the EPC icon on the desktop.
Do the same for WIS.

The three security warnings pop up the first time. Check the checkbox and they won't come back. Make sure you kill Networkfilter.exe before you launch EPC or EPC gets stuck. This is the dumbest thing ever that MBs own applications get blocked by it.

What error? You need to be more specific if you would like to get specific answers.

After update to version 03.2016 first everything was normal , but after starting the EPC / WIS the loading screen apeers , then it went to 80% and after that disappeared.
The java is the one from the instalation - 8-40...then i show in the EWA Admin Tool the application server of EWA is RED i tried too restart the EWA server but its giv a error i uze XP this is the error report pleze help thanks
