ISTA+ 4.57.21 standalone

Could someone  share PL SQLiteDBs for this version please

Hi guys,
I installed this version on win 11 and it runs, but when I want to read car(or enter VIN), it says: 

Code:

data must be reinitialized. ista must be restarted

No matter what we do, it ends with this message... Is there a solution for it?

Also we tried to install it on fresh(separate pc) win10 and it shows splash screen with loading, than crash. No crash message, no log message. 
Is there a problem with win10?

Windows 10 must be up to date.
Install NetFramework 4.8.1
and extract it again using WinRAR ISTA to C:
W10 x64

Everything is like you said, Wiin10 is updated, .Net Framework is installed(correct version), we extracted it using WinRAR to C: but it's still not working...

Try installing the configuration for this version from the installer. I've added a link.

If that doesn't help, your ISTA rar file is corrupted.

Download it again from Mega.
unlock ISTA rar in options

Start ISTA with an administrator and everything works !!!

Without an administrator, there will be an error when entering the VIN or connecting to the car.

Without an administrator, there will be an error when entering the VIN or connecting to the car.

Of course we tried that, as checking #20 fix for another error(system variables, already set), but nothing worked...

Hi, Where did you got other Applications besides ISTA? I tried looking for it on mhhauto but there are only releases with trojan horse viruses.

Can BMW standard tools to be installed as well?
