ISTA+ 4.57.21 standalone

Does anyone have SQliteDB French 4.57.21 for French language please ?

How long did it take you to read everything completely?

installed it again on a fresh win 10 ltsc, now i got no text on FUBs / Functional descriptions.
installed all C++ and Nets. latest java (no earlier versions).
anyone know what could be wrong?

And for me it takes 27 minutes, that's not normal.  I used an ENET cable to read the data and I installed everything correctly.

It works very well.

Identification and data retrieval take approximately 5-10 minutes. Programming takes approximately 20 minutes. (win11 machine with Enet on G31)

1. I have freshly installed Windows 11
   
2. I unpacked ISTA to C:/
   
3. Created a shortcut on the desktop
   
4. Copied the BMW directory to C:/ProgramData/
   
5. Executed the registry file
   
6. Checked .NET Framework – it is the latest version
   
7. Installed C++
   
8. I start ISTAGUI.exe
   

An error message appears.
What did I do wrong?
