after reflash psg16 with tis and tech 2 ecu is not resetted to pair with immo. if a try to program immo it say : both ecu cim and engine are programed. how to reset engine ecu.
i read again pump ecu with car prog and attasched the file

HI IF YOU HAVE PIN CODE FROM NEW PUMP YOU SHOULD RESET IT AND THEN PROGRAM IT WITH OPCOM USING OLD PIN CODE

Do you have pin of the car?
Go to engine menu and choose in Programming
[Reset engine ecu) Now you will use the pin if the new pump.
Then you will choose Programming ecu again and you will use the pin of the car.and make all the functions that will be asking too..

Your car is ASTRA G and the donor car is from Vectra C?
I think that you will have problem!!
