zafira pump psg16 replacement and programming

shami 1 you are saying no communication with ecu. This could be the problem first. Then you cans tart thinking about resetting progarmming etc.

I have a vectra c that it need to replace psg16
Pump was changed before from others but car was not started
i have opcom carprog tech2 orv for use on this car

i tried to read pin of pump that must replace old pump and appears 0000 or blank space
i have tried to read it and with carprog but no any resul

single chance appears to be to know pin from vin

With what tool you try to read pin?Only carprog and tools like carprog can do this.With tech you can recive pin from PCMCI card.Pin form vin you can get form opel dealer.if there is blank space then pump may be vergin?

Guys just to infrom you that it possible to Clone , Repair and BDM read of PSG16 pump.

You can use any opel donor pump and reflash with ori data from your pump. No SPS, NO Pin and No programming via OBD

Can you please explain in details how you did that?
What tool do you use to read the pump, how did you connect it , and what software?

First one I understood is from broken trottle body - p0638
Second one is appearing and going, and the third one - also.
Last one is the problem, as I understood.

The car is choking, black smoke coming out, and engine stops. It sometimes reaacts to gas pedal, sometimes not. When it reacts, it is for some minutes and you can even drive it, but for some meters.

I have a chance to get a pump from the same car and from Signum. After reading everything here, I did not understood how to get my current pin?

I have galetto1260, ELM327, op-com. Can borrow carprog also.

many times when reset pump psg16 with carprog in Bank.
It cannot be reset. or does not allow me to remove the pin.

There is some soft or program or connections that allow me to read and reset pump bench

the car is opel zafira 2.2 dtr
i have pump psg16 it read eeprom with carprog but not appear pin-code . it reset with carpROG and changed vin-kilometers but to connected the interface op-com in the car. the pump is not reset and cant do it adapter immobilizier in the car.

i have got read the eeprom before i reset the pump.

can you please help me to get pin-code with the eeprom file reading or the pump vin-number?
